What are Childbirth Classes?

Childbirth classes are designed to help prepare the expectant parents with the birthing experience.  In these classes, instructors will train you how to breathe and how to help prepare you mentally.
 

What are the benefits of attending these classes?

The benefits of attending this class are countless.  For those expectant parents who have little knowledge of the birthing process or little experiences in tending to a newborn, this class will help guide you in the direction that will make the experience less intimidating, give you an expectation of the your upcoming event, advice that may help you through to having a successful delivery and teach you how to meet the needs of a newborn.
