The Cayuga County Historian's Office in Auburn NY has compiled or received genealogy information relating to many Cayuga County NY families. These are commonly known as the office "Family Files". Files may contain Bible Records, Census pages and Family Charts. There are sometimes newspaper obituaries, and wonderful family letters and correspondence from our office. Many contain submitted and shared material. Some files are very large and others only contain one or two pages. Thus, the volume & types of information contained in each file varies.
