RESOLUTIONS:

HEALTH SERVICES:

2-12-HH-1 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to accept 100% state funding to continue to participate in the Creating Health Places in Cayuga County Program.

HUMAN SERVICES:

2-12-HH-2 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into a contract with Catholic Charities to provide SSI Maximization for Safety Net Assistance (SNA) and temporary assistance to needy families (TANF)

2-12-HH-3 Authorizing the Director of Health & Human Services to renew a contract with Catholic Charities for Case Management of TANF Clients (100% funded)

2-12-HH-4 Authorize the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to accept federal funding attached to the Community Solutions for Transportation Grant.

2-12-HH-5 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into contracts with Cayuga County Employment & Training Department for provision of services.

2-12-HH-6 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to enter into a contract with Hillside Children’s Center for the recruitment, training and retention of foster parents.

HUMAN SERVICES (Continued)

2-12-HH-7 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to renew the contract with Chapel House (Temporary Homeless Shelter for Men).

2-12-HH-8 Authorizing the Director of Health & Human Services to fill a Caseworker vacancy in Child Welfare Unit.

2-12-HH-9 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of Health & Human Services to contract with Day Light House, Inc. (Temporary Housing for Homeless Families)

MENTAL HEALTH:

2-12-HH-10 Authorize the creation and filling of two Intensive Case Managers at Community Mental Health Center and abolishing two Staff Social Workers.

NURSING HOME:

2-12-HH-11 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Administrator of Cayuga County Nursing Home to accept a proposal for Engineering Services at the Nursing Home.

2-12-HH-12 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Administrator of Cayuga County Nursing Home to accept a proposal for Pest Control Services at the Nursing Home.

2-12-HH-13 Authorizing the Administrator of Cayuga County Nursing Home to accept a proposal for replacement of an ice machine at the Nursing Home.

2-12-HH-15 (Added 2/7/12) Authorizing the Chairman of the Cayuga County Legislature to enter into an agreement for Consulting Services at the Cayuga County Nursing Home.

OFFICE FOR THE AGING:

2-12-HH-14 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature and the Director of the Office for the Aging to sign contracts with various subcontractors.
