RESOLUTIONS:

911:

2-12-JP-1 Memorializing Support for Participation in a Study Regarding shared Public Safety Communication Center services with the Counties of Oswego, Madison, and Onondaga, and Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature to enter into Intermunicipal Agreements.

SHERIFF:

2-12-JP-2 Authorization to Enter a Support Plan Agreement with Black Creek Integrated Systems Corp. for Supportive Services Concerning the Software and its Operation that is used to support the Booking Record System at the Cayuga County Jail.

2-12-JP-3 Authorize the Sheriff to Fill One Vacant Sheriff Custody Officer Position in the Custody Division of the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office.

EMO:

2-12-PL-6 (Planning and Judicial & Public Safety Committees) (Added 2-3-12) Authorizing the chairman of the Cayuga county Legislature and the Director of Emergency Services and the Director of the Planning Department to Accept a New York State Office of Emergency Management/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant to Develop a Cayuga County Hazard Mitigation Plan.
