RESOLUTIONS:

2-12-PL-1 Authorizing the Chairman of Cayuga County Legislature to sign an Agreement with Carl

Latting to speak at Cayuga Works Career Center’s Youth Leadership Forum.

2-12-PL-2 Authorizing the signing of a Contracy6 with the Finger Lakes Association for the transfer

Of NYSDEC Funding for the Finger Lakes-Lake Ontario Watershed Protection Alliance,

State Fiscal Year 2009-2010 Funding.

2-12-PL-3 Fixing Day and Notice of Public Hearing on a Local Law Amending Local Law No. 1 of

2009 and Local Law No. 5 of 2007 and Local Law No. 3 of 1994 to continue the room tax

for three years.

2-12-PL-4 Authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature to execute a contract agreement between the

Finger Lakes Institute and Cayuga County for Implementation of the FY 2012 Owasco

Lake and Stream Monitoring Program

2-12-PL-5 Authorizing the filing of an application for State assistance from the Household Hazardous

Waste (HHW) State Assistance Program and Signing of the Associated State Contract,

under the appropriate Laws of New York State.
