PASSPORT APPLICATIONS AND PROCESSING ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE LEDYARD TOWN HALL Call the Ledyard Town Clerk for information and an appointment at 315-364-5707 TRANSFER SITE and RECYCLING CENTER (open to Town Residents only, call the Town Hall if you have questions) SUMMER HOURS: Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m (May 1st to October 1st) WINTER HOURS: Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (October 1st to May 1st) Location: Carpenter Road, Aurora, NY Each summer there is one CLEAN UP DAY when Ledyard residents can bring larger items that are normally not taken at the Transfer Site. These items include yard debris, washers and dryers, furniture, discarded building materials. There is no extra charge for dropping these items off. The only items not accepted are refrigerators and air conditioners, or anything containing freon. Tires will NOT be accepted. Mattresses can be dropped off for a $10.00 fee. If you have any questions regarding what is acceptable on Clean Up Day, please call the Town Clerk at 364-5707. See Town Calendar for Clean Up Day date for this year.
