Clinic Treatment Program
The Clinic program has professionally trained staff who provide confidential treatment designed to reduce symptoms, improve patient functioning, and to provide ongoing support. Services include:
-Assessment and treatment planning
-Individual, group, and family therapies
-Medication evaluation, therapy, and education
-Symptom management
-Crisis intervention services
The Clinic Treatment Program is certified by the New York State Office of Mental Health.

Intensive Case Management
Intensive Case Management is for those with severe and persistent mental illness.
Services are intended to link the consumer with the service system in order to establish continuity of care.
Consumers are linked to appropriate service resources and monitored to assure continuity of service.
Intensive Case Managers may intercede on behalf of the consumer to assure access to necessary services
as determined in the individual's mental health treatment plan.

24-Hour Crisis Services
Call 315-253-0341
A crisis line is available evenings, weekends, and holidays. When you call our main telephone line outside
our regular business hours, your call will be forwarded to Contact Community Services for screening by their
trained crisis line staff. Professional Mental Health Center staff will provide consultation as required.
In addition, Contact Community Services provides a confidential Hotline service offering "A safe place to talk things out".
This line is not intended for crisis situations but for those times when you just need someone to talk to. The Hotline
telephone number is 1-877-400-8740.

Continuing Day Treatment Program
The CDT program is an integrated mental health
service program with the goal of helping the client
become independent in life roles in the
community. CDT program provides:
- psychiatric consultation
- individual psychotherapy
- group therapies
- social skill training
- task and skill training
- psychosocial rehabilitation
- recreational therapy
- vocational therapy
- case management
- educational programs about symptom management including information on anxiety and depression.

New Beginnings Psychosocial Club
New Beginnings Club provides a "club like"
atmosphere with social, recreational and
rehabilitation activities for clients in the evening.
Light meals are served in our snack bar along
with other snacks. The calendar is prepared with
member's interests and suggestions. Community
activities and involvement are encouraged with
support and assistance offered by Club staff.
