Activities

Cayuga County Nursing Home's Activities Department works to include event and leisure activities for all of its residents.  There are multiple group and/or individual activities each day for participation of the residents.  Some of the regular activities include church services, movies, live entertainment, puzzles, games, crafts, and parties of all types.  Our facility is also able to schedule outdoor activities and provide transportation for those that like attending events such as a baseball game, or going to a restaurant, or just going for a scenic ride.  We also encourage family outings whenever possible.

Our Resident Council gives regular input to the facility which helps plan many of the Special Events that are sponsored by the facility.  These events are for all residents and their families to attend.  They include:
