county level courts with unlimited money jurisdiction in civil cases (overlaps with Supreme Court of Judicature, but could not serve writs outside county

1777 - 1847
Statewide jurisdiction with unlimited money jurisdiction in civil cases - could serve writs statewide; appeals to Supreme Court of the Judicature; succeeded by County Courts
