Fees for record requests are $15.00 per individual name, per record series which includes up to 2 pages of record copy. This fee also includes a 10-year search when book and page number are not known. Copy fees for records held by the County Clerk are $.65 each with $1.65 minimum charge and the fees for Marriage records are $22.00 each. Files in any other record series are $.25 per image. All checks or money orders should be made payable to the Cayuga County Clerk.
There are several record series currently under development. As they are sorted and indexed we will make them available for retrieval requests. Please feel free to contact this office for instruction on departments who have custody of record series not listed here.
