Special Meeting August 24, 2000

This special meeting of the Scipio Town Board was called to order at 7:24 pm with the following members present:

Supervisor: Charles Howell

Council Members: Phil Buckhout

Gary Goodnough

Greg Rury

Clerk: Judith Rowlands

Guests: Jay Horst

Town Attorney James Baier

Absent: Gary Whitten

The purpose of this special meeting was for consideration of the proposed

Local Law # 2 for 200 regarding approval of Planned Development

District-2”

RESOLUTION: To adopt Local Law 2 for 2000 entitled: “Amending Local Law No. 3 for the year 1989, Zoning Law of the Town of Scipio, specifically, approval of Planned Development District-2.”

Town Clerk is to mail certified copies of said local law to Cayuga County Planning Board and Department of State, have Notice and Summary of said local law published in the Town’s official newspaper, The Citizen, and notify Town Code Enforcement Officer Fred Delaney.

Jay Horst expressed thanks for the Town’s consideration. Supervisor Howell thanked Horst for his cooperation.

Audited voucher # 1 (account # HG5130.2) for $88,813.38

(new grader) was approved for payment. All in favor.

MOTION: To adjourn the meeting. (Goodnough/Rury). All in favor.
