This Public Hearing for the Preliminary 2003 Budget was called to order at 7:40 pm by Town Supervisor Chuck Howell with the following present:

Supervisor: Chuck Howell Highway Superintendent Ron Walter

Council Members: Gary Goodnough Clerk: Judith Rowlands

Greg Rury Town Registrar/Historian: Virginia Koon

Phil Buckhout

Gary Whitten

MOTION: To accept the minutes of the October 9, 2002 Regular Meeting and the October 15, 2002 special meeting as written. (Buckhout/Whitten). All in favor.

GUEST: Virginia Koon described the Registrar/Historian records and regulations for the Board’s information.

Supervisor Howell opened the floor for any comments or questions on the Preliminary Budget.

Since there were no comments regarding the budget, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 8:12 pm.
