This Public Hearing for the Preliminary 2005 Budget was called to order at 7:34 pm by Town Supervisor Chuck Howell with the following present:

Supervisor: Chuck Howell Highway Superintendent Ron Walter

Council Members: Phil Buckhout Clerk: Judith Rowlands

Gary Goodnough Zoning/Code Inspector Fred Delaney Greg Rury Town Attorney Jim Baier

County Legislator George Fearon

Absent: Gary Whitten

Supervisor Howell opened the floor for any comments or questions on the

Preliminary Budget. There were no questions or comments.

MOTION: To adjourn the Public Hearing at 7:35 pm. (Goodnough/Rury).
