This regular meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm by Supervisor Chuck Howell with the following present:

Supervisor: Charles Howell Guests: Brian Dugan, Jill Dugan,

Council Members: Greg Rury, Phil Buckhout George Fearon, Linda Goodnough,

Gary Goodnough Janet Buckhout, Judith Rowlands

Absent: Gary Whitten

MOTION: To accept the minutes of the December 8, 2004 regular meeting as written. (Buckhout/Goodnough). All in favor.

Supervisor Howell welcomed the visitors. Brian Dugan reported on court matters and mentioned

that the court may be required to purchase an electronic software package.

RESOLUTION: To make the following budget transfers:

A1990.4 to A1620.41 113.08

A1990.4 to A4020.1 100.00

A1990.4 to A1460.4 325.00

DA5130.2 to DA5112.2 800.11

(Howell/Goodnough). All in favor.

MOTION: To accept and approve the following vouchers for payment:

General: Vouchers # 222-228 $ 989.22

(Goodnough/Whitten). All in favor.

MOTION: To adjourn the meeting at 8:05 pm. (Buckhout/Rury). All in favor.

A get together with refreshments followed the meeting and was enjoyed by all.

The next regular meeting is scheduled for Wednesday January 12, 2005 at 7:30 pm. The public is welcome.
