This public hearing was called to order at 7:15 pm by Supervisor Chuck Howell with the following present:

The purpose of this hearing was to discuss the proposed Local Law No. 1 for the year 2005,

amending Local Law No. 3 for the year 1989, Zoning Law of the Town of Scipio, specifically adding

new Article XIV regulating the permitted use of small wind turbines.

After brief discussion, the hearing was adjourned at 7:30 pm.
