This Public Hearing for the Preliminary 2006 Budget was called to order at 7:35 pm by Town Supervisor Chuck Howell with the following present:

Supervisor: Chuck Howell Highway Superintendent Ron Walter

Council Members: Phil Buckhout Clerk: Judith Rowlands

Gary Goodnough

Greg Rury

Absent: Gary Whitten

MOTION: To accept the minutes of the October 12, 2005 regular meeting as written. (Goodnough/Rury). All in favor.

RECOGNIZE VISITORS: Supervisor Howell opened the floor for any comments or

questions on the Preliminary Budget. There were no questions or comments.

RESOLUTION: To make the following modification of the 2005 budget:

Increase A9730.6 by $60,000 to make principal payment on

building loan. (Howell/Buckhout). All in favor.

The Board reviewed and discussed the Schedule of Salaries of Elected and Appointed Officers and Employees.

RESOLUTION: To approve the Preliminary 2006 Budget as the Final 2006 Budget.

(Howell/Rury). All in favor.

MOTION: To accept and approve the following vouchers for payment:

General: Vouchers # 178-182 $ 73,413.96

(Goodnough/Rury). All in favor.

MOTION: To adjourn the Public Hearing Meeting at 7:45 pm. (Goodnough/Howell). All in favor.

The next regular town board meeting has been rescheduled for 7:30 pm on November 16^th,

2005. Audit of the books will take place prior to the regular December 14^th meeting.
