This regular meeting was called to order at 7:37 pm by Supervisor Chuck Howell with the following present:

MOTION:                   To accept the minutes of the December 29, 2005 year-end meeting as written. (Goodnough/Buckhout).   All in favor.

 

Supervisor Howell welcomed the visitors.  There was discussion regarding zoning regulations.

 

COMMUNICATIONS:

a.            Sales tax for 4th quarter of 2005 was $73,303.74

b.            American Community Survey (census information)

c.            Cayuga County Planning Board Minutes for 2005.

 

OLD BUSINESS:

RESOLUTION:            To make the following budget modification:

                                    A8160.41 to A8160.1:   $5.80 (Howell/Buckhout).  All in favor.

 

HIGHWAY SUPRINTENDENT:  Ron Walter reported on plowing and maintaining roads.

MOTION:                               To approve the standard contract with the Fire District.  (Howell/Buckhout)

                                                All in favor.

 

MOTION:                   To approve the contract with John Heath for mowing. (Howell/Whitten). 

                                    All in favor.

 

MOTION:                   To approve the Supervisor’s Monthly Reports for November 2005.

                                    (Goodnough/Buckhout).  All in favor.

 

The Sexual Harassment Policy was reviewed and approved.

                                               

MOTION:                               To accept and approve the following vouchers for payment:         

                                    General:   Vouchers #   1-16                 $8767.98

                                    Highway:  Vouchers # 1-2                      $1062.50

                                    TOTAL                                               $9830.48
