This regular meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm by Town Supervisor Charles Howell with the following present:

MOTION: To accept the minutes of the December 13, 2006 regular meeting as written. (Goodnough/Rury). All in favor.

COMMUNICATIONS:

Assemblyman Brian Kolb’s request for a town meeting at the Scipio Town Office Saturday March 3^rd at 4 pm was approved by the board.

There was no old business.

NEW BUSINESS:

Attorney Jim Baier has submitted his resignation as town attorney, effective January 2007.

MOTION: To accept the Supervisor’s Reports for November 2006.

(Goodnough/Whitten). All in favor.

RESOLUTION: To make the following account adjustments:

To DA5110.4 Repair of Roads by $6700.00

From DA5130.2 Equipment by 4000.00

From DA5110.1 Repair of Roads Personal Service by 2700.00

(Howell/Buckhout). All in favor.

MOTION: To accept and approve the following vouchers for payment:

General: Vouchers # 204-206 $ 67.63

Highway: Vouchers # 65-66 14,395.41

Total: $ 14,463.04 (Goodnough/Rury). All in favor.

MOTION: To adjourn the meeting at 7:38 pm. (Buckhout/Rury). All in favor.

The next regular Town Board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday January 11, 2006

at 7:30 pm. The public is welcome.
