This Public Hearing was called to order at 7:32 pm, with the following present:

The purpose of this Public Hearing is to review and discuss Proposed Local Law # 1 for 2007, to bring the Town of Scipio in compliance with the Floodplain Management Requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program contained in federal regulations 44 CFR 60.3 through 44 CFR 60.6, and to insure the Town’s continued participation in the National Flood Insurance Program.

Supervisor Charles Howell presented the proposed local law. There were no questions, and no discussion.

MOTION: To adjourn the Public Hearing at 7:35 pm. (Goodnough/Whitten). All in favor.
