This Public Hearing for the Preliminary 2008 Budget was called to order at 7:30 pm by Town Supervisor Chuck Howell with the following present:

Supervisor: Chuck Howell Clerk: Judith Rowlands

Council Members: Phil Buckhout Highway Superintendent: Ron Walter

Gary Goodnough Zoning Officer: Mike O’Connor

Greg Rury County Legislator: George Fearon

Gary Whitten 2008 Council Member: Mark Malys

Supervisor Howell opened the floor for any comments or questions on the

Proposed Budget. George Fearon reported that there may be an increase in sales tax

revenue next year.

MOTION: To adjourn the Public Hearing at 7:35 pm. (Goodnough/Buckhout).
