The purpose of this RFP is to involve a private sector partner in the delivery of quality golf and related services to the patrons of Springbrook Greens State Golf Course. Licensee will have the opportunity to operate and maintain a first-class golf complex consisting of a 18 hole course, rental of golf carts (gasoline), retail sales of golf-related merchandise, and operation of the snackbar in the clubhouse.
